What data we collect and why

Enquiry form. When you fill in the enquiry form, we receive your name, phone number or email address, the service you selected and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if you order a service, to provide it. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to you.

Spam protection. To prevent abuse of the form, we create a one-way hash of your IP address (the IP address itself is not stored) and keep it for 1 hour, solely to limit submissions to 5 per hour from one address. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Client accounting. If we enter into a contract, invoices and accounting records contain the data required by law. Legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

The website uses no analytics or advertising tools. We do not sell your data or use it for direct marketing.

The website is hosted by a hosting service provider – a data processor that processes data only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement. For security purposes, the hosting provider may automatically record technical server logs (IP address, time of request); their retention period is [to be confirmed with the hosting provider]. We disclose data to others only where required by law.

Cookies

The website itself sets no cookies for visitors. Technical WordPress cookies are set only for logged-in site administrators and are necessary to manage the website.

Players and links to other platforms

Music sample players from SoundCloud, Bandcamp and Spotify load only after you click “Enable player”. The platform then receives your IP address and may use its own cookies, governed by its privacy policy:

Links to YouTube, Facebook, Bandcamp, Spotify and SoundCloud are plain links: no data is sent to these platforms until you click them. Once you open their pages, their own terms apply.

Gift vouchers are sold on a separate website, dominanta.store, which has its own privacy policy.
